rentals are calculated on a 24 hour basis. |

taxes/tolls applicable to the travel are to be borne by the
hirer. |

Distance
aggregate shall take our depot as the departure & completion
point. |

All
eventual expenses in the duration of the hire shall be borne
by the hirer. |

A
rental agreement shall be considered valid if and only if confirmed
by our executive. |
|
An
advance payment of 50% has to accompany a rental agreement.
|
|
Any
change in travel plan has to be informed beforehand. Unscheduled
changes shall entail extra costs as applicable. |
|
Service
Tax as applicable shall be charged extra. |
|
It
shall be the onus of the hirer to ensure that the vehicle or
the chaeffeur are not put to any risk, physical or financial,
owing to any directive issued by the hirer. |
